The Process

Here's how we let your property from beginning to end.

1) Initial Enquiry/Job report
A senior member of staff will always be on hand to deal with any queries or questions you may have, once a Job has been reported we can ensure you a call/email will be returned to you within 1 hour of the Job being reported with an ETA for an engineer to arrive to the property.

2) Quote
Once an Engineer has visited the property and diagnosed the issue reported, a call will be made immediately to inform the price to fix the fault and how long it will take to arrange for repair. We will then act upon your instruction to proceed with the job.

3) Completion
Once the Job has been completed an invoice will be raised with a full report on the works carried out.
